What Bump does

Bump drafts follow-up emails for threads that have gone unanswered. It never sends anything without your explicit approval. Every draft sits in a review queue until you approve, edit, or reject it.

Confidence stamps

Each draft carries a confidence stamp (Sure or Check this). These are heuristics based on agreement between independently generated variants. They are an honest signal, not a guarantee. A stamp does not constitute advice to send or not send.

Plans and limits

• Free — 15 follow-up drafts per month, no credit card required.
• Pro — 500 follow-up drafts per month at $19/month.

We may adjust these limits with reasonable notice. Unused drafts do not roll over between billing periods. Pro can be cancelled from the billing portal; permanent account deletion also cancels an active Bump subscription before your account data is erased.

Your responsibilities

You are responsible for reviewing and approving every email before it is sent. Once you click send, the email is yours. We are not liable for the content or consequences of emails you approve and send through the service.

Acceptable use

Do not use Bump to send spam, harass people, or do anything illegal. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that abuse the service or violate these terms.

No warranty

Bump is provided “as is” without warranty of any kind. We do our best to keep the service running and accurate, but we cannot guarantee uptime, delivery, or that the AI will never make a mistake. That is why every draft requires your approval.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bump is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding any claim.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the date at the top of this page and, for material changes, notify you by email. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
